About This Course

MCh in Urology is a 3-year super-specialty surgical program covering kidney stone treatment, prostate surgery, urological cancer surgery, urinary tract reconstruction, and laparoscopic urology. Urological problems are extremely common in India affecting millions of people. With shortage of urologists across the country, career prospects are excellent. Urologists work in hospitals, urology centers, and private practice. They are among the top earning surgical specialists with average salaries ranging from ?20-60 LPA. Minimally invasive and robotic urology skills significantly enhance career prospects. Eligibility requires MS in General Surgery with valid MCI registration and surgical experience.
