About This Course

DM in Nephrology is a 3-year super-specialty program for physicians specializing in kidney diseases, dialysis management, and renal transplantation. The program covers acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, renal replacement therapy, and kidney transplant medicine. India has over 220,000 new end-stage renal disease cases annually with severe shortage of nephrologists. Career opportunities exist in major hospitals, dialysis centers, and transplant units. Nephrologists are among the highest paid specialists in India with excellent career prospects. Eligibility requires MD in General Medicine or related specialties with valid MBBS registration.
