About This Course
MS in General Surgery is a 3-year foundational postgraduate surgical program training doctors in abdominal surgery, emergency surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and trauma care. It is also the mandatory prerequisite for super-specialty MCh programs in cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, and urology. General surgeons are essential in all hospitals performing appendectomies, hernia repairs, gallbladder surgeries, and cancer resections.
